Verdius Energy helps condominium associations and existing buildings meet local energy ordinances and reduce operating costs, without the runaround.
Founded in 2020 and led by a PE (GA) and CEM, Verdius specializes in ASHRAE Level II energy and water audits and benchmarking for buildings covered by Atlanta's CBEEO and similar ordinances nationwide. The firm also holds BPI Building Analyst Professional certification.
